  134.                           Documentation for BIG-CAL

  137.          The program BIG-CAL.EXE automatically enters the calendar
  138.          dates into this form for a specified month and saves it in a
  139.          file with the month's name. eg: 03/1987 will be saved as
  140.                                  CAL-1987.MAR
  141.  
  142.          The program also adds into unused boxes on the form a small
  143.          calendar for the specified month plus the preceeding month
  144.          and the following month.
  145.  
  146.          After the file has been created for the month you want, if
  147.          you simply want a blank form to use for making entries by
  148.          hand, you can copy the file to the printer by typing at the
  149.          DOS prompt
  150.                             COPY CAL-1987.MAR PRN
  151.  
  152.          (except, of course, you would use the actual file name for
  153.          the month you specified).  The calendar should print out
  154.          correctly on any printer, including laser printers. The
  155.          two-page output should then be taped together for a single
  156.          calendar page.

  158.          You can also load the file into your word processor and make
  159.          entries on the calendar, add headings, or change the month's
  160.          file (not THIS form file) any way you want before printing
  161.          the file.

  163.          Although the precise layout of this file is very important to
  164.          the running of the BIG-CAL.EXE program, you may change the
  165.          dashed lines on the calendar into ASCII-graphic lines if your
  166.          word processor and printer support them. If you do this, work
  167.          from a COPY of this file so that if the change does not work,
  168.          you can go back to the original.

  170.          If you find that for any reason BIG-CAL.EXE will not work
  171.          with this file, you may get the latest version of the program
  172.          and a new copy of this file by calling (with MC/Visa) or
  173.          mailing $9 to the address below.
